The Tiranti Stainless Steel Dentil Tools are specialist hand tools designed for cleaning, refining and finishing detailed plasterwork, particularly around dentils, mouldings, cornices and other architectural ornament.
Made from stainless steel with a selection of finely shaped working ends, they allow controlled removal of historic paints from plaster mouldings and help clean up corners, edges, recesses and small details that can be difficult to reach with conventional plastering tools.
Particularly useful for fibrous plasterwork, decorative mouldings, cornice work and restoration, dentil tools are ideal for cleaning plaster while it is still workable and for sharpening up detail during the finishing process.
