Running Renders

High-performance natural cement mortars specifically formulated for the in-situ running, reproduction and repair of traditional external cornices and mouldings.

Our Running Render range is based on traditional Roman Cement, a rapid-setting natural cement binder historically used for external stucco, architectural mouldings and façade decoration.

Developed for practical use by plasterers and restoration specialists, the system provides the rapid set and low shrinkage needed to build and run mouldings in situ. It is suitable for the repair of existing period details as well as the reproduction of missing cornices, string courses, bands, window surrounds and other architectural mouldings.

The range consists of a coarse, fibre-reinforced Muffle Coat for rapid build-up, a fine Top Coat for the final running and finish, a Casting Mix for producing moulded details and a Primer & Adhesive for bonding backgrounds and fixing cast elements.
