Sawn Larch Laths are a durable, economic choice ideally suited to lath and plaster walling.
Durability:
Larch timber is strong, tough, and naturally resistant to decay, rot, and weathering, making it a good choice for internal lath and plaster.
While not as good as a riven lath, sawn larch offers an economic alternative best suited for internal wall partitions where the cost of riven oak can be prohibitive.
*We would still always recommend the use of riven laths for ceilings.*
