We dispatch products using different delivery methods depending on their location or their size. This sometimes means that you may be charged for two different delivery methods depending on what products you order. If you have ordered products which are dispatched from two separate locations, they will arrive as two separate packages.

Pallet Deliveries

Our delivery partner Palletforce delivery pallet orders. Before ordering delivery using this method, please confirm that your site can take access for articulated lorries and have suitable space to offload pallets using a tail lift. If the driver is unable to make a delivery then you may be liable for a redelivery charge.

APC Parcels

We dispatch some products by APC including small batches of our mortars and plasters.

DPD Parcels

Most of our tools are dispatched by DPD parcels which have a fixed fee of £4.95
