He ran a successful company JM Plastering Ltd in Bristol training up two apprentices in the trade before relocating to Cornwall in 2006. For the past four years he worked with Cornwall based company Bosence Building Conservation working on many period restoration projects. Developing his skills in traditional techniques and the use of natural materials in the repair of historic plasterwork as well as adapting them for the use as decorative finishes in more modern contemporary design. With the recent re-location of Bosence, Jethro has set up The Natural Plaster Company to continue to provide these craft based skills and expertise not often found in modern building practise.
